LifeShare Welcomes Trial Accounts!
On September 1st, LifeShare launched the strongest tool in building your business. As a LifeShare Associate, you now have the ability of allowing your prospects to try LifeShare for FREE! If you missed the September 1st announcement, this email contains all the info you need to get started with your trial accounts.
If you haven’t yet noticed, some enhancements have taken place within your replicated website. The design of your personal introduction page has changed and you now have the ability to give prospects a chance to try LifeShare for… FREE!!! This email explains the functions and features of the entire Trial Account system.
Setting up your Trial Accounts – Account Settings
Before sending someone to your replicated site for a free trial, you’ll need to enable your account. This is done in just a few easy steps.
- Log into your LifeShare LifeHub as you normally would. When you get to your LifeHub, you’ll notice a new button on the left side menu. This button is titled “Trial Accounts.” This is shown below with a yellow circle around the button.
- Once you click on the “Trial Accounts” button, you will be directed to your Trial Account Management screen. From there, you will check the box that is “Enable Trial Accounts.” Once you select the box, then click to “save account options.” You can see the Account Settings page below.
On the above Account Settings page, you have a number of options. the definitions of each option is as follows:
- Automatic Follow-up Card: By selecting this box, when a registered guest from a trial account confirms a card to be sent, a card is automatically created to the guest from YOU and mailed to them the very same day their card is printed and mailed. This is a great way to thank them for trying your new LifeShare business.
- Expiration Days: This number represents how long a trial account can remain active. You can choose how many days a guest can log in and enter the Studio to create custom PhotoCards. Simply enter the number of days of your choice, or you can just easily leave it at the default setting.
- Maximum # of Credits: This is a setting that allows you to dictate how many credits a guest can use in a trial account. Since the free trial is your gift to your prospect, you are able to determine how many credits each guest can use.
- Maximum # of PSE Funds: Just like the credits, you are giving your guest PSE funds from within your account. If you want to give your guests the ability to create and mail multiple cards, make certain that you have provided sufficient PSE funds for your guests in this setting. Remember, don’t forget the decimal point!
- Maximum # of Trial Accounts Allowed: Within this setting, you are able to choose how many trial accounts can register for a free trial. For example, if you set it at 10 and 9 prospects register for a trial account – you would have 1 trial account remaining. After 10 have been used, you will need to come back to the Account Settings page and resave your settings allowing more accounts. This is a built-in safety mechanism for you; so you can determine how many guests you are willing to allow.
- Notification Email, Current Accounts Remaining: This is a setting that results in an email being sent to you. When the accounts remaining reaches this number you have set, an email is automatically generated to you as notification that this # is reached. It’s a simple way to tell yourself that you need to come back to the Account Settings page and resave your account settings.
Lead Generation for your Business – Account Usage Report
The Trial Accounts were designed to help give you the information you need from your leads and prospects. There are a number of steps LifeShare takes to ensure you have the important data needed from your leads.
First, when a prospect/guest creates a free trial account, you (the associate) receive an email informing you of who just registered. Second, when the guest confirms a card (submits a card order), you receive a second email informing you that your guest has successfully created and mailed a card at LifeShare.
In addition to informative emails, LifeShare also provides detailed information from within your Trial Account Management screen.
On this screen, you have the ability to see all of the guests that have registered for a free trial from your replicated website. There are 2 options from this page in addition to the data that you are able to view.
- Expire Selected Accounts: You have the ability to check a box next to the name and immediately expire an account if you wish. Once you do this, the user name and password for the guest will no longer be valid.
- Export Selected Guests: With this option, you can easily transfer your guests to your address book. By doing this, you can create additional PhotoCards to mail to them, or you can easily find their info at anytime from your LifeHub. The export will transfer the name and information to a “Trial Account Leads” folder in your address book where you can either edit or move them to another folder if you desire, just like any other contact in your book.
Replicated Site – Free Trial Registration – The Join Page – Their Chance to Join!
Your replicated web page will now give guests an ability to “Mail a FREE PhotoCard.” Once they click on the blue star burst, the are directed to a registration page when a short video instructs them on what steps to take. Once they submit the registration form, your guest are automatically launched to their own LifeHub.
The final step for a guest in the Free Trial Account after confirming a card will be the Join Page. This page contains another short video with information about LifeShare and the business opportunity that is offered. On this page the guest can either join as an Associate or as a Customer.
