LifeShare Develops Facebook Application

LifeShare has developed a way for users/customers to share their custom card design as a photo to their Facebook wall!  Facebook is the #2 most trafficked site on the web today, second only to Google.  It is no secret that Social Networking has become a thriving industry and way to connect with others.  LifeShare has developed an application that is easy to use, and fun too!!!

To use the LifeShare PhotoPush app, just create a card in the LifeShare Studio and on the final screen where you confirm the card for mailing, you’ll now notice a Facebook logo.  By clicking on the Facebook logo, you can easily share your card design to your Facebook wall.

The LifeShare app will also automatically create a link on your wall with the picture for a direct link back to your LifeShare personalized web address.

You’ll notice the more fun you have with creating a PhotoCard, the more interest it will generate in your social networking efforts.  On the card above, over 11 comments were made by friends of the users account.  This is the power of utilizing social networking/media in your business.

Think about this…  Let’s say you have 10 people in your organization as an Associate of LifeShare and each of those are on Facebook with 100 friends each.  If every day, you and those other 10 just made 1 PhotoCard at LifeShare then shared the design to Facebook… You would have an audience of 1000 people looking at something about your LifeShare business, even if it is just picture of you card design.  It draws interest and drawing interest is the first step in marketing any business.

LifeShare Launches Free Trials!

LifeShare Welcomes Trial Accounts!

On September 1st, LifeShare launched the strongest tool in building your business. As a LifeShare Associate, you now have the ability of allowing your prospects to try LifeShare for FREE! If you missed the September 1st announcement, this email contains all the info you need to get started with your trial accounts.
If you haven’t yet noticed, some enhancements have taken place within your replicated website. The design of your personal introduction page has changed and you now have the ability to give prospects a chance to try LifeShare for… FREE!!! This email explains the functions and features of the entire Trial Account system.

Setting up your Trial Accounts – Account Settings
Before sending someone to your replicated site for a free trial, you’ll need to enable your account. This is done in just a few easy steps.

• Log into your LifeShare LifeHub as you normally would. When you get to your LifeHub, you’ll notice a new button on the left side menu. This button is titled “Trial Accounts.” This is shown below with a yellow circle around the button.

• Once you click on the “Trial Accounts” button, you will be directed to your Trial Account Management screen. From there, you will check the box that is “Enable Trial Accounts.” Once you select the box, then click to “save account options.” You can see the Account Settings page below.

On the above Account Settings page, you have a number of options. the definitions of each option is as follows:

1. Automatic Follow-up Card: By selecting this box, when a registered guest from a trial account confirms a card to be sent, a card is automatically created to the guest from YOU and mailed to them the very same day their card is printed and mailed. This is a great way to thank them for trying your new LifeShare business.
2. Expiration Days: This number represents how long a trial account can remain active. You can choose how many days a guest can log in and enter the Studio to create custom PhotoCards. Simply enter the number of days of your choice, or you can just easily leave it at the default setting.
3. Maximum # of Credits: This is a setting that allows you to dictate how many credits a guest can use in a trial account. Since the free trial is your gift to your prospect, you are able to determine how many credits each guest can use.
4. Maximum # of PSE Funds: Just like the credits, you are giving your guest PSE funds from within your account. If you want to give your guests the ability to create and mail multiple cards, make certain that you have provided sufficient PSE funds for your guests in this setting. Remember, don’t forget the decimal point!
5. Maximum # of Trial Accounts Allowed: Within this setting, you are able to choose how many trial accounts can register for a free trial. For example, if you set it at 10 and 9 prospects register for a trial account – you would have 1 trial account remaining. After 10 have been used, you will need to come back to the Account Settings page and resave your settings allowing more accounts. This is a built-in safety mechanism for you; so you can determine how many guests you are willing to allow.
6. Notification Email, Current Accounts Remaining: This is a setting that results in an email being sent to you. When the accounts remaining reaches this number you have set, an email is automatically generated to you as notification that this # is reached. It’s a simple way to tell yourself that you need to come back to the Account Settings page and resave your account settings.

Lead Generation for your Business – Account Usage Report

The Trial Accounts were designed to help give you the information you need from your leads and prospects. There are a number of steps LifeShare takes to ensure you have the important data needed from your leads.

First, when a prospect/guest creates a free trial account, you (the associate) receive an email informing you of who just registered. Second, when the guest confirms a card (submits a card order), you receive a second email informing you that your guest has successfully created and mailed a card at LifeShare.

In addition to informative emails, LifeShare also provides detailed information from within your Trial Account Management screen.

On this screen, you have the ability to see all of the guests that have registered for a free trial from your replicated website. There are 2 options from this page in addition to the data that you are able to view.

1. Expire Selected Accounts: You have the ability to check a box next to the name and immediately expire an account if you wish. Once you do this, the user name and password for the guest will no longer be valid.
2. Export Selected Guests: With this option, you can easily transfer your guests to your address book. By doing this, you can create additional PhotoCards to mail to them, or you can easily find their info at anytime from your LifeHub. The export will transfer the name and information to a “Trial Account Leads” folder in your address book where you can either edit or move them to another folder if you desire, just like any other contact in your book.

Replicated Site – Free Trial Registration – The Join Page – Their Chance to Join!

Your replicated web page will now give guests an ability to “Mail a FREE PhotoCard.” Once they click on the blue star burst, the are directed to a registration page when a short video instructs them on what steps to take. Once they submit the registration form, your guest are automatically launched to their own LifeHub.

The final step for a guest in the Free Trial Account after confirming a card will be the Join Page. This page contains another short video with information about LifeShare and the business opportunity that is offered. On this page the guest can either join as an Associate or as a Customer.

LifeShare Announces Rank Advancement Bonuses
For the next 12 months, LifeShare is paying Associates a Rank Advancement Bonus every time an Associate advances beyond Director.

Starting at Bronze Director, LifeShare will pay a one-time bonus at time of rank advancement and you will get a bonus each time you achieve the next rank! The Rank Advancement Bonus is not part of the LifeShare Compensation Plan. This bonus is in addition to all earnings that LifeShare pays you from within the LifeShare Compensation Plan. LifeShare Launches Free Trials!

Last night, LifeShare launched the single best tool to help you share LifeShare with others. You now have the ability of allowing prospects to try LifeShare for FREE! When a guest now enters your replicated website, they’ll be greeted with a large blue button offering to Mail a PhotoCard for FREE!

Here is how it works:
1. A guest types in your replicated web address.
2. They click on the blue button for a Free Trial.
3. They enter their information and watch a short video.
4. They get launched to their own LifeHub as a registered guest.
5. They make a card in the studio.
6. When they confirm the PhotoCard to be sent, a second video appears offering the option to join.

This now gives Associates the ability to share the LifeShare experience with others and let them try it for free. The free part is your gift to them. When a guest creates and mails a PhotoCard from their trial account, they are actually using a set amount of credits and pse funds that you determine.
Before this goes live on your replicated website and the blue button appears for guests, you have to simply enable the Trail Accounts. To change any of the trial account settings, simply log into your LifeHub and you will notice a Trial Account button on the left side of your LifeHub. By clicking on Trial Account, you are then taken to your Trial Account Management screen. There is a box on the bottom that you can check for enabling trial accounts. Then save your account changes!

There is even an automatic follow up card option. You can automatically have a follow up card sent to every prospect who confirms an order, thanking them for trying LifeShare. To set this up, just visit the Trial Account Management page from your LifeHub and check the box at the top.
As guests register, you’ll notice that you receive emails informing you of their name and phone number. Follow up is the key to building your business, so LifeShare provides you with important data to help you succeed.

Finally, you have the ability to export your leads from your Trial Account Usage report to your address book in the Studio. You’ll notice that when you export leads, they go to the Trial Account Leads folder of your Address Book. You’re also given the ability to automatically expire an account if you choose.

What Is Within Us – Creating a Card from a Quote

At LifeShare, connecting with someone else needs no reason. We do not have to wait for a birthday or holiday to send someone a card. With the power of the LifeShare Studio, we are able to create a completely customized PhotoCard and mail it at the lowest cost in the industry. That is a huge advantage for you and your business. In a billion dollar industry, you have the ability to compete immediately with quality and price from your very first day in business.
However, if you find yourself looking for pictures of friends and come up empty, there are some simple things you can do without using a picture.

Each week, LifeShare highlights an embellishment in the Studio from the Word Art category. It’s really easy to use a simple phrase and create a 1-of-a-kind PhotoCard, even if you don’t have a photo!

Here is what to do:
1. Enter the Studio and choose the blank card option.
2. Choose your size and get started.
3. Click on the “Background” selection and choose a background to put the text on, or just to use as some decoration. Don’t be afraid to make it big or rotate it to fit as you wish.
4. Click on the Embellishments Tab
5. Open the Text/Words Folder and browse the categories.
a. In the Occasions – Graduation folder, there are some great quotes at the bottom.
b. Try using the quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, it’s towards the bottom of the folder.
6. Move to the inside and write your message by dragging a text box to the canvas.
7. Save your card and choose your recipient.
8. Confirm the order and your card is printed and mailed the next business day!

You can create a card in just minutes and it is completely unique to you. Your design, your creativity, your words; it can’t be found in a store.

Good Afternoon Team,

I just finished one of the best conversations with an Associate that I have ever had and am compelled to share it with you. We were discussing her personal sales strategy particularly on what works well for her at LifeShare. The net of the conversation is there are so many ways to be successful at LifeShare – the most important thing to do is find the way that works for you.

In sharing more detail, to build long term success at LifeShare it’s imperative to focus on the basic elements of our culture. This started by asking if she created and mailed a card to a friend since joining the company. Indeed, she had and the response was overwhelming. Her friend didn’t necessarily receive cards often, and the simple form of communication through a LifeShare PhotoCard absolutely changed her day. This Associate made a difference in the life of a friend, just by mailing her a card without a reason – around the office we call it LifeForce because we often hear how sharing in this manner builds momentum.

This story inspired and moved me. It echoes our mission to share the best of who we are. We have something powerful here at LifeShare. We can do all of the “typical” occasions, but the unanticipated PhotoCard that arrives in a mailbox can truly change lives.

When was the last time you told a friend that you missed talking to them? When was the last time you told a brother or sister that you appreciate them? When was the last time you went out of your way to show someone close to you that you care about them? When was the last time you thanked someone who gave you exceptional service. You don’t need to “sell” anything, just reach out and say hello to someone with a card. Then, 2 weeks after mailing the card, call them and follow-up with the same message from inside the card. If they read it, you’ll get a comment about the card you created for them. You’ll be surprised at the reaction.

The old saying “a picture is worth a thousand words” may sound cliché, but it is a fact. It’s been proven long over time that photos impact people more than words alone.

Think about billboards, magazines, product labels, posters and everywhere you shop. Almost every single marketing piece is primarily a photo of something. Why do most marketing campaigns utilize pictures? A picture knows no language barriers. A picture resonates with someone quickly and effectively. A single photo can sometimes tell a short story without a word attached to it.

With photos being such a large part of our society, technology has made taking pictures more convenient than ever. Digital cameras are everywhere. From cell phones to point and shoot pocket cameras; a camera is usually within someone’s reach at any given time. Photos are part of our lives and using photos has never been easier.

There are many systems out there that allow you to share photos online with friends/family, and email is always an option to send a picture along. It works on a personal level, but how can you grow your business with photos?

It really is easier than you may think. It starts with understanding your demographic. You know who your customers are and what they like. You even have valued customers you know very well. It’s a lot easier to grow within your current customer base, than to start all over. Some studies even suggest that the cost is as much as 10x more to recruit a new customer than to retain an existing one.

You and even your competition are probably already using postcards or greeting cards to send direct mail campaigns. You may be emailing and calling from a purchased sales list. In other words, almost everyone just does all of the ordinary marketing and follow-up techniques that every other company uses.
So how do you set yourself apart? With photos! What photos do is allow you to speak to your customers directly and with meaning. When you “speak” to someone with a picture, the impact is much greater than words alone. When you personalize that picture in a format like a photo card, it’s even stronger! Rise above your competition, take photos of your clients and use them for building stronger relationships.

For example, if you are a Realtor and follow-up with a buyer, an ordinary thank you card would have the message, “thank you for your business.” However, mailing a photo card with a picture of the family walking into their new home and the words “thank you” bring much more impact to the client. It’s personal and real. It is specifically targeted for the new homeowner which creates interest and value to the buyer. What would you rather receive? What card would you put on the kitchen counter?

When we relate to others with photos the impact significantly increases. When we relate stronger to our clients, our relationships improve and build our business stronger.
